From Parramatta Road in the north to the Cooks River in the south; and from the Dulwich Hill Glebe Island Railway in the west to the Illawarra Railway in the east.Commencing at the junction of City Road and Parramatta Road: and bounded thence by the former road, generally southwesterly, Cleveland Street, easterly, to Main Suburban Railway; by that railway and Illawarra Railway generally southwesterly to the right bank of Cooks River; by that bank upwards to Bayview Avenue; by that avenue north-easterly to Cooks River; by that river upwards to Wardell Road; by that road, generally north-easterly to Sydenham-Bankstown Railway; by that railway north-westerly and the railway from Dulwich Hill to Glebe Island generally northerly to Hawthorne Canal; by that canal downwards to Parramatta Road, aforesaid, and by that road generally easterly to the point of commencement.
